Jason LeDuc, served twenty years in the United States Air Force and retired at the rank of
Lieutenant Colonel in 2015. As an instructor for Air War College and Air Command and Staff
College he prepared officers from the US Air Force, Army, and Navy as well as international
students to take on senior leadership positions. Upon retiring from the Air Force, Jason received
his Master of Business Administration with a focus on New Venture Management from
University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Through Jason LeDuc Leadership Consultants, he maintains his
growth as a leader through learning the best practices of various industries as he trains
government and corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and small business owners such as
the United States Air Force, the City of Henderson, Down Syndrome Organization of Southern
Nevada, Boxabl, NHS Global Events and the Nevada Justice Association. He is a strong believer
in continuing to educate ourselves and is an avid reader on the subjects of leadership,
motivation, communication and human behavior to hone his abilities as a facilitator.
