As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Las Vegas 2025, Alter New Media will host Transformative CEOs: Become the CEO the World Recognizes — From the Inside Out, an intimate two-day mastermind designed to help leaders elevate from within.
Taking place November 21–22, 2025, this experience invites a select group of high-performing CEOs, founders, and visionaries to deepen their leadership through the intersection of mindset, visibility, and service.
Hosted in partnership with Dress for Success Southern Nevada, the event blends innovation with impact — aligning perfectly with GEW’s mission to celebrate and empower entrepreneurship across Nevada’s diverse communities.

At the core of Transformative CEOs is a belief that authentic leadership begins with inner alignment. Through a mix of immersive workshops, fireside chats, and service-based experiences, participants will explore three transformational pillars:
- Personal Transformation: Cultivating confidence, clarity, and executive presence.
- Professional Transformation: Building strategic visibility and sustainable brand leadership.
- Community-Based Transformation: Turning success into service through mentorship and impact.

Two Days of Transformation
Day One — Strategic Expansion & Embodied Leadership — features fireside sessions and interactive workshops led by visionary entrepreneurs, creators, and strategists. Attendees will explore leadership reinvention, AI integration, and digital visibility through the guidance of Alter New Media co-founders Nadya Rousseau and Lauren Jones, along with an accomplished speaker lineup including:
