About our speakers:

Allison Clift-Jennings is an experienced entrepreneur and technologist known for her role as the CEO of Filament, a company pioneering blockchain technology for the Internet of Things (IoT). Under her leadership, Filament developed innovative blockchain-based solutions to securely connect industrial equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure. Allison’s deep expertise in decentralized technology and her dedication to advancing secure IoT networks has made her a thought leader in the field. She holds a background in computer science from the University of Nevada, Reno, is a Techstars alumna, and was named Innovator of the Year by Embedded Magazine. She has consistently driven Filament’s mission to harness blockchain for secure and scalable IoT applications, reflecting her broader commitment to creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions for industries around the world.

Ethan Clift is a blockchain strategist and advocate, known for his role in passing Nevada’s SB 398, one of the first state bills to support blockchain-friendly policies. He also produced the Nevada Blockchain Conference, bridging industry and policy discussions. A Techstars and Columbia University graduate, Ethan received the Visionary Award from EDAWN in 2018 for his work in positioning Nevada as a leader in blockchain innovation.
